Sourdough Bread Class

Women-Only. This will be our second class on sourdough bread-making. Come prepared to learn the full process from beginning to end. We will also learn how to keep a thriving starter and will get to take your own home. This is a hands-on class so please bring a large bowl and a small container. You will get to take home a started loaf that you will bake the following day. During the class, we will learn to fold, score, bake and sample a fresh-out-the-oven loaf. Expect to be there for about 3 hours as that is how long it will take us to get our loaves going to take home. The cost of $10 includes all supplies and some light refreshments.
